Richard Palmer, Jr. – President

Rick founded Hazen Transfer in 2015. Under Rick’s leadership Hazen Transfer has achieved rapid growth, while staying true to his vision of providing best in class service to our customers by treating employees and partner carriers like family. Rick is a graduate of Albion College and was a member of the Carl A. Gerstacker program for Professional Management. Rick, his wife, and three children live in the Metro Detroit Area.

Theo Booser – Vice President
Theo came to Hazen in 2015 as the Vice President and General Manager. Theo has been with the company from the time of inception. Theo has over a decade of logistics services experience. His hands on, and customer first approach has been instrumental to building the culture at Hazen Transfer. He is a graduate of Albion College, and resides in Metro Detroit with his wife and two young children.
